At Optica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if your new frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and authentication tags intact.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Optica account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Pack With Care
Securely place the eyewear in its original hard case and shipping box, ensuring all accessories like microfiber cloths and certificates are included.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
